Welcome to New Hope Reentry. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the New Hope Reentry website, community, and job board (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who May Use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you can form a binding contract and are not barred from doing so under applicable law.
2. Accounts & Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
3. Community Conduct
New Hope Reentry is a supportive community. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm the community.
4. Job Listings & Third Parties
Job listings and employer information are provided for convenience. We do not guarantee employment, the accuracy of any listing, or the conduct of any employer or user. Any hiring decision, agreement, or interaction with employers or other users is solely between you and that third party.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant New Hope Reentry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content as necessary to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. New Hope Reentry does not provide legal, financial, or employment advice. Nothing on the Service should be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Hope Reentry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
